As 2022 fades into the sunset, we (Christopher & Heather) review events that impacted the life and times of women. We pay homage to the longest-serving monarch in British history — Queen Elizabeth II — 1952 / 2022. Both Saudi Arabia and the United States made news with acts detrimental to the advancement of women. The death of Mahsa Amini while in the custody of the Saudi Arabia Guidance Patrol for "allegedly" not wearing her hijab in accordance with government standards sparked protests worldwide. Meanwhile, in the United States, the supreme court's decision to dismantle 50 years of legal protection for women opened doors for individual states to curtail or outright ban abortion rights which also ignited global outrage. In addition, Heather names her Top Three VBB conversations for the past year.
